www.mybillseva.com is
bill payment site of OSS where you can make most of your utility payments including
Electricity bills, Mobile / Landline - bills, Gas Bills, Insurance Premiums, Subscriptions
fee and many others.

2. How does the mybillseva.com work?
Just log on to www.mybillseva.com
and
- Select your state
- Select your service
- Enter the customer details (e.g. bill number, cycle number, amount, due date, etc)
- Select Payment Gateway (One Stop Shop or Done Card or Other)
- Enter your ID & Password
- Print your payment receipt
3. How much time it takes to update my payments with service provider’s system?
On most of the cases payment get updates instantly but on some case it take 2 to
3 days to get updates in service provider’s system.
However, we request you to wait at least 3 days before inquire about your payment
updation

4. How will I know when my bill has been paid?
After OSS retailer processes your bill details, you will be acknowledged with a
payment receipt of your payments made on behalf of your service provider.
5. Can I make my payments through cheque also?
Currently we are accepting Cash only, Cheque collection service will be added shortly.
6. Does customer has to pay a convenience fee on each bill payments?
Yes
7. Do I have to pay the entire bill amount?
You need to make a payment either in full or in part depending upon whether your
service provider provides you with this facility. We accept bills above Rs. 99/-
for the moment.
8. What is the last date for me to pay my bill?
We recommend that you should your payment at least 3 to 4 days before the bill due
date as it takes 2 to 3 days to update your payment with service provider’s system.
9. Can I pay my bills after due date?
Our ability to accept payments beyond the due date depends upon whether your Service
Provider allows this or not.

10. Can I (OSS Retailer) see my transaction details on my system?
Yes, on your mybillseva/MyAccount.. you can see all your transaction details.
